We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Advisor Success Associate who can interact with our advisor community to assist and facilitate their learning process.

The role is entry--level with great opportunities for growth.

This is a highly dynamic role centered around advisor support and vendor management across several different verticals of the company. It is a unique opportunity to be a part of an early team developing a new type of travel agency with a mission-driven company.

The role reports to our Director of Travel Operations, a seasoned travel expert with a passion for fostering learning and growth amongst her team. We currently have a team of 300 travel advisors who we support and engage in order to facilitate their success in the travel industry.  This team of advisors grows by approximately 50 advisors per month at this time.


What you’ll do...

  • Advisor Support

    • Work alongside our Director of Travel Operations to assist that position in all processes.

    • Support our advisors by connecting them with the internal and external resources they need to succeed.

    • Support our community app, Forum, and direct advisors to valuable content.

    • Help create in-house processes to scale our support as our network of advisors grows.

    • Support different verticals of our company, including our product development and content teams.

    • Bring creative ideas to the table for a variety of projects to support advisor success.

  • Analytics & Development

    • Work alongside our Head of Training and our Director of Travel Operations and use analytics to focus our efforts on areas of success and areas of weakness.

    • Assist in the creation of advisor cohorts, by region, interest or development, and support those cohorts with scheduled events and meetings.

    • Strategize with our Head of Community to ideate on ways to optimize user experience of our community app.

  • Events and organization 

    • Utilizing our cohorts, prioritize, organize and track invitations to outside events.

    • Assist the Director of Travel Operations with the organization of and implementation of internal educational events.

    • Communicate with our network of advisors to facilitate their individual entrepreneurship. 

    • Embrace a startup and Jack/Jane of all trades mindset, wearing different hats to support our advisors. 


We are based in New York City and looking to build the core of our team there. Our current approach to hybrid is 2 or 3 days in the office each week, although some work from the office every day.
