About The Role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Operations Specialist who has a passion for supporting the entrepreneurial journey of travel advisors. This cross-functional, advisor-facing role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with various teams and drive meaningful impact within a fast-growing tech startup. Reporting to the Head of Advisor Experience, this position is perfect for someone eager to take ownership of complex problems and leverage significant growth opportunities for the business and themselves.
 

What You’ll Do

Provide Technical & Operational Support (50%)

  • Identify and implement process improvements and SOPs for the advisor experience team
  • Support product launches for advisors, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure changes are reflected across all advisor touch points
  • Collaborate with the Head of Advisor Experience and the Head of Travel Operations to build, implement and measure the impact of a new program for our fastest growing advisors
  • Support our advisors through community forum moderation & ticket resolution
  • Ensure accuracy and excellence across all advisor touchpoints

Special Projects (50%)

  • Incubate unowned projects from idea to pilot or launch, assessing the potential value for advisors and the business
  • Own monthly Net Promoter Score (NPS) end-to-end process (implementation, reporting, insight development, recommended actions)
  • Support the management of our team’s quarterly planning process (OKRs) including developing the right metrics to demonstrate impact
  • Develop a deep understanding of key advisor metrics and collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to deliver data analysis 


Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in operations or a similar role within a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Adaptable, with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic about supporting the entrepreneurial journey of travel advisors and enhancing their experience.
 

Strongly preferred: 

  • Demonstrated experience supporting product launches, process improvements, or operational initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Omni, SQL and/or Intercom.

Compensation

  • Base Salary range: $80-90,000 plus equity


This role is based in New York City with a hybrid WFH & office schedule (Monday-Thursday are our Tribeca in-office days, with flexibility for Friday at your preference).
